Lactoferrin (乳铁蛋白) 是中性粒细胞释放的物质。Lactoferrin 是一种具有口服活性的多功能铁结合糖蛋白。Lactoferrin 可防止细胞粘附、细胞集落的生长和扩散。Lactoferrin 还具有抗病毒活性，抑制微生物和病毒粘附和进入宿主细胞。此外，Lactoferrin 具有抗炎、免疫调节和抗癌活性。

Lactoferrin is a substance released by neutrophils. Lactoferrin is an orally active multifunctional iron binding glycoprotein. Lactoferrin prevents cell adhesion, growth and spreading of cell colonies. Lactoferrin also has antiviral activity and inhibits microbial and viral adhesion and entry into host cells. Besides, Lactoferrin hasanti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory, and anti-cancer activities.
