产品描述A potent Hsp90α/p23 interaction inhibitor with IC50 of 3.2 uM; 5-fold less potent for Hsp90β/p23 interaction (IC50=15.3 uM); leads to various levels of degradation of pAkt/total Akt and Raf-1 in cancer cell lines, but has no effect on the expression of the Hsp90 client proteins in normal mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs); inhibits cell proliferation, glucose metabolism, and mammalian thymidine kinase activities in multiple cancer cell lines.
