产品描述Kassinin is a peptide derived from the Kassina frog. It belongs to tachykinin family of neuropeptides. (In Vitro):Amino acid composition and sequence of Kassinin, a tachykinin dodecapeptide from the skin of the African frog Kassina senegalensis. Methanol extracts of the skin of the African amphibian Kassina senegalensis contain a dodecapeptide, Kassinin, belonging to the family of tachykinins or physalaemin-like peptides. Kassinin, like all other natural tachykinins, possesses the characteristic C-terminal tripeptide Gly-Leu-Met-NH2 and a phenylalanine residue in position 5 from the C-terminus. The amino acid sequence in the N-moiety of the molecule differs sharply from that of the other tachykinins.

[Sar9,Met(O2)11]-Sub...
Sar9, Met (O2)11-Substance P is a neurokinin-1 receptor agonist. It is an analog of the naturally occurring human neuropeptide Substance P, which can be found throughout the body, including in the airways of humans and many other species.
-
Substance P (1-9)
Substance P (1-9) is nonapeptide, which decreases the inactivation of substance P by the guinea-pig ileum and urinary bladder. Subtance P is responsible for a number of excitatory effects on both central and peripheral neurons.
