产品描述Hippuristanol is a potent, steroid inhibitor of eukaryotic initiation factor 4A (eIF4A), results in cell cycle arrest at G1 phase, and induces caspases activation and apoptosis; also reduces the expression of cyclin D2, CDK2, CDK4, CDK6 and prosurvival XIAP and Mcl-1 proteins; significantly inhibits the growth and invasion of PEL cells in mice.
