产品描述Eliprodil (SL-820715) is a non-competitive NR2B-NMDA receptor antagonist, less potent for NR2A- and NR2C-containing receptors (IC50>100 uM); inhibits [3H]norepinephrine release from cortical and hippocampal slices but enhances the basal efflux of endogenous and tritiated dopamine from striatal slices, also blocks the uptake of [3H]dopamine into striatal synaptosomes with IC50 of 1.5 uM; reduces the volume of infarction in models of focal cerebral ischemia.Stroke Phase 3 Discontinued.
