产品描述A novel diaryldiamine that inhibits bacterial methionyl-tRNA synthetases in Gram-positive bacteria as a novel agent to treat Clostridium difficile infection (CDI); inhibits de novo toxin production in high cell density, stationary phase cultures of C. difficile at 1 mg/L; demonstrates efficacy in the hamster model of CDI and is superior to vancomycin 0.5 mg/kg in CDI model.Bacterial Infection Phase 1 Clinical.
