产品描述SC-26196 is an orally active inhibitor of Delta6 desaturase (D6D) with IC50 of 0.2 μM in a rat liver microsomal assay, with antiinflammatory properties. The FADS2 inhibitor SC26196 reduced PBMC, but not Jurkat cell, proliferation suggesting PUFA synthesis is involved in regulating mitosis in PBMCs.
