Pyronaridine 也称为 Malaridine，是一种抗疟药。它抑制恶性疟原虫无性阶段和早期配子体阶段（I 和 II）的生长，IC50 值约为 10 nM。

Pyronaridine also known as Malaridine is an antimalarial drug.It inhibits the growth of P. falciparum during the asexual stage and early gametocyte stages (I and II) with an IC50 value of approximately 10 nM

Pyronaridine (24 h) shows anti-P. falciparum activity with an IC50 value of 1.53-3.94 nM.
