产品描述3-methyl-6- (naphthalen-1-yl)pyrimidine-2,4(1H, 3H)-dione is a potent STAT3 inhibitor that reduces the ability of STAT3 to bind to DNA and also has a good growth inhibition effect on liver cancer cells .(In Vitro):MNK8 (50 μM, 0-48 h) increased Sub-G1 cells in a time-dependent fashion, and decreases the expression of antiapoptotic proteins such as Bcl-2, survivin, and cyclin D1 .
