体外实验Met-Enkephalin-Arg-Phe (10-100 nmol/mouse; i.c.v.; once) 在小鼠中有缓解疼痛活性。Animal Model:Male Swiss Webster mice Dosage:10-100 nmol/mouse Administration:Intracerebralventricular injection, once Result:Produced a dose-related inhibition of the tail-flick response. The effects peaked at 2-4 min and were dissipated by 10 min. The EC50 was 38.5 nmol/mouse.
