Anti-Influenza agent 4 is a potent and selective influenza virus inhibitor with EC50s of 150 nM and 62 nM for strains A/Roma and A/Parma, respectively.

Anti-Influenza agent 4 (compound 5) (0-500 μM; 24 and 48 h) exhibits low cytotoxicity in MDCK cells.Anti-Influenza agent 4 shows highly antiviral activity against influenza strain A/Roma and A/Parma with EC50s of 150±0.07 nM and 62±0.02 nM, respectively.Anti-Influenza agent 4 shows IC50s of 244 nM and 230.7 nM against influenza strain A/Roma and A/Parma in hemolysis inhibition assay.Cell Cytotoxicity Assay Cell Line:MDCK cells Concentration:0-500 μM Incubation Time:24 and 48 h Result:Exhibited low cytotoxicity with a CC50 value of 450 μM.
