产品描述F1324 acetate is an efficient, high-affinity b-cell lymphoma inhibitor with IC50 of 1 nM.(In Vitro):F1324 acetate binds to BCL6(5-129) with KD and IC50 values of 0.57 nM and 1 nM according to the results of an SPR analysis and cell-free ELISA assay, respectively. F1324 acetate binds BCL6 not only in cell-free but also cellbased conditions.
