产品描述7-keto-deoxycholic acid is converted from Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium with specific condition and from cholic acid in vitro.(In Vitro):Under anaerobic incubation, Eubacterium lentum-like c-25 converts 3.7% of cholic acid (2 mM) to 7-keto-deoxycholic acid and 1.1% cholic acid (150 mg/mL) to 7-keto-deoxycholic acid.

体外实验7-keto-Deoxycholic acid shows an increasing bioconversion rate with addition of an equimolar concentration of deoxycholic acid (which itself is not metabolized).7-keto-Deoxycholic acid is induced by deoxycholic acid and then it's metabolized.E. lentum-like c-25 converts 81.7% of 2 mM cholic acid to deoxycholic acid and 3.7% to 7-keto-Deoxycholic acid under anaerobic incubation.E. lentum-like c-25 converts 91.5% of 150 mg/mL cholic acid to deoxycholic acid and 1.1% to 7-keto-Deoxycholic acid under anaerobic incubation.

(±)5(6)-EpETE methyl ester is a derivative of 5(6)-EpETE which is stable enough to ship and handle routinely.(±) 5(6)-EpETE methyl ester is a chemically less reactive derivative of 5(6)-EpETE. The active free acid can be generated from the methyl ester by careful base hydrolysis. Epoxy eicosatetraenoic acids (EpETEs) are the epoxygenase metabolites of EPA. A number of vicinal diol metabolites of EpETEs have been detected in the plasma of patients on marine oil dietary supplementation, while in subjects on a typical western diet these compounds are generally not detected. The specific biologic activity of 5(6)-EpETE and its methyl ester have not been documented.
