产品描述DGAT1-IN-1 is a potent inhibitor of diacylglycerol O- acyltransferase type 1(DGAT1, IC50 of < 10 nM).(In Vitro):Various concentrations (0.0008 μΜ, 0.004 μΜ, 0.02 μΜ, 0.1 μΜ, 0.5 μΜ, 2.5 μΜ and 10.0 μΜ) of the compounds of Examples were added to individual wells prior to the addition of the cell lysates, or human or mouse liver microsomes.
