Calcium Levofolinate, a calcium salt of the folinic acid, is used in cancer chemotherapy as an adjuvant.(In Vivo):Levoleucovorin Calcium (6, 20 or 60 mg/kg/day; i.v.; for 4 weeks) enhances the toxicity of 5-Fluorouracil.
