Buprofezin 是一种广谱杀虫剂和几丁质合成抑制剂，可针对处于发育阶段的同翅目害虫。Buprofezin 促进能量代谢从有氧 TCA 循环和氧化磷酸化向无氧糖酵解的转化。Buprofezin 还可通过抑制细胞色素 c 氧化酶，促进活性氧 (ROS) 的产生。

Buprofezin is an insecticide used for control of insect pests such as mealybugs, leafhoppers and whitefly on vegetable crops.
