LAS195319 (LAS-195319) is a potent, selective, inhaled PI3Kδ inhibitor with IC50 of 0.5 nM, weakly inhibits PI3Kβ and γ (>20-fold), no activity against PI3Kα; inhibits M-CSF induced pAkt (Thr308) in THP-1 cells with IC50 of 2.7 nM; inhibits inflammatory cell infiltration induced by OVA challenge in a Brown Norway rat model.
