RO-7 是一种新型小分子、广谱流感酸性聚合酶 (PA) 蛋白核酸内切酶活性抑制剂，在 MDCK 细胞中 EC50 为 3.2-16 nM。

RO-7 is a novel small molecule, broad-spectrum inhibitor of influenza acidic polymerase (PA) protein endonuclease activity with EC50 of 3.2-16 nM in MDCK cells; inhibits transcription and genome replication steps in the influenza virus cycle, demonstrates activity against NAI-resistant and -susceptible seasonal influenza A and B viruses; also shows activity against avian-origin A(H5N1), A(H7N9), and A(H9N2) influenza viruses.

RO-7 is a compound that potently inhibits influenza virus replication and belongs to a new class of drugs in late-stage clinical trials for treatment of influenza virus infection. RO-7 displays broad-spectrum anti-influenza activity in vitro and protects mice from lethal challenge with both influenza A and B viruses.
