产品描述CCR10 antagonist 1 is a potent, selective CCR10 antagonist with IC50 of 690 nM; demonstrates functional CCR1 antagonism by inhibiting the CCL27 dependent chemotaxis of Ba/F3 cells stably transfected with human CCR10 with an IC50 of 53 nM, exhibits no antagonism of murine CCL27 dependent Ca2+ flux in CHO-K cells stably transfected with murine CCR10 at 20 uM.
