(-)(Clausenamide) 是从黄皮 (Clausena lansium (Lour) skeels) 的树叶中分离出来的一种活性生物碱，在正常生理和病理条件下提高认知功能。(-)Clausenamide 抑制 β-淀粉样蛋白 (Aβ) 毒性，通过抑制 tau 蛋白磷酸化阻止神经纤维缠结的形成。(-)Clausenamide 对 Aβ25-35 的刺激具有显著的神经保护作用。(-)Clausenamide 可用于阿尔兹海默症的研究。

(-)Clausenamide is an active alkaloid isolated from the leaves of Clausena lansium (Lour.) Skeels,and improves cognitive function in both normal physiological and pathological conditions.(-)Clausenamide inhibits β-amyloid (Aβ) toxicity, blocking neurofibrillary tangle formation by inhibiting the phosphorylation of tau protein. (-)Clausenamide exerts a significant neuroprotective activity against Aβ25-35. (-)Clausenamide can be used for researching Alzheimer's disease (AD).

(-)Clausenamide (10 and 100 μM) reverses the overload in [Ca2+]i level stimulated by Aβ25-35, and reduces Aβ-mediated cell apoptosis in PC12 cells.(-)Clausenamide (10 and 100 μM) inhibits the phosphorylation of p38 MAPK, down-regulates the expression of P53 and cleaved Caspase-3 and the ratio of Bax/Bcl-2, in Aβ25-35-treated PC12 cells.
