产品描述ETX2514 (ETX 2514, ETX-2514)?is a covalent, broad-spectrum β-lactamase inhibitor with IC50 of 4, 14 and 190 nM for class A KPC-2, class C AmpC and class D OXA-24, respectively; potently inhibit clinically relevant class A, C and D β-lactamases and penicillin-binding proteins, resulting in intrinsic antibacterial activity against Enterobacteriaceae and restoration of β-lactam activity in a broad range of MDR Gram-negative pathogens; demonstrates potent antibacterial activity, in vivo efficacy against MDR A. baumannii infections combined with sulbactam.Bacterial Infection Phase 1 Clinical.
