产品描述Apcin is a cell-permeable, small molecule anaphase-promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C) inhibitor, which binds to Cdc20 and competitively inhibits the ubiquitylation of D-box-containing substrates; shows enhanced anti-MM activity combined with another APC/C inhibitor proTAME.
