产品描述A small-molecule inhibitor that inhibits Nanog and other CSC (cancer stem cells) pathways by targeting kinases; targets and inhibits one or more pathways involved in cancer stem cell survival, shows potential antineoplastic activity.Liver Cancer Phase 2 Clinical(In Vitro):Amcasertib (0-1μM; 48h) inhibits the NANOG and CD133 expression in PC-9/GR cells. Amcasertib also significantly suppresses the growth of PC-9/GR cells in a dose-dependent manner.
